What is the most interesting aspect of working at EFFECT Photonics? And what about your job specifically?
The most interesting aspect is the possibility to be a part of creating a new era of digitalization. When I joined EFFECT Photonics in 2021, I thought our 10G modules were an amazing thing, now that we are busy with further innovative developments, I realized we have no limits. We create the future!
About my job, I like to structure things and make our day-to-day activities easy, efficient, and lean. The journey from theory to practice always inspires and motivates me. Creating a company tool from a process blueprint to a real working machine, beneficial for both my team and our customers, makes me feel proud and motivates me even more.
I truly believe a satisfied customer is the best base for a well-thought business strategy. I know customers remember the service much longer than they remember the price and I say this being a customer myself. I feel encouraged to improve our systems further to make them better, faster, and more EFFECTive.
What advice would you give to someone who is planning to apply at EFFECT Photonics?
I would give my 100% recommendation, Apply NOW! It is the best team I have ever worked with! What I really love about EFFECT Photonics is its rich multicultural diversity. Dozens of different nationalities in one office make it a great place to work in.

What is your highlight about working here so far?
The best part of working at EFFECT Photonics is the flexibility and the possibility to grow professionally. When I joined the company, I was involved in many administrative tasks at first, but when I showed my strong convincing character, creativity, passion, dedication, earned trust and confidence, I got involved in project management and business development which drives and empowers me.
I am looking forward to the next challenges at EFFECT Photonics and I truly believe in my bright future here!
