Frequently asked questions

Our default incoterm for international shipments is EXW from our facility in the Netherlands, though we can ship under alternative incoterms such as FCA, DAP, or DDP where commercially agreed. The applicable incoterm is captured on the order confirmation and the commercial invoice for each shipment.

Each international shipment is prepared with the appropriate commercial invoice, HS classification, country of origin, and any required export control documentation. Where customer-specific paperwork is needed, such as a certificate of origin or an end-user statement, our trade compliance team coordinates with you ahead of the ship date.

Some of our products are classified under dual-use export control regimes, which can require export licences or end-use declarations for specific destinations and applications. We will inform you of any restrictions that apply to your order before shipment, and may request additional information to support an export licence application where needed.

We ship to customers globally, with the exception of destinations restricted by applicable EU, US, and Dutch export control regulations. For any region you are uncertain about, please contact our sales team and we will confirm whether shipment is feasible and what documentation is required.

Evaluation units are typically supplied against a purchase order at agreed evaluation pricing. For strategic design-in opportunities we may offer evaluation support on a no-charge, loaner, or credit-back basis, subject to a mutual development agreement. Your account manager will confirm the commercial terms.

A typical evaluation runs between four and eight weeks, depending on the scope of testing and the availability of your test infrastructure. We can support shorter cycles for focused functional verification or longer cycles for full qualification campaigns, including environmental and reliability testing.
