Yes. We offer blanket purchase orders and multi-quarter supply agreements for customers with predictable demand. These arrangements typically include agreed pricing, capacity reservation, and scheduled releases. Reach out to your account manager to discuss a structure that fits your roadmap.

For 2027 production volumes, we recommend sharing your forecast with us at least two quarters in advance. This allows us to align wafer starts, secure long-lead components, and reserve assembly and test capacity to match your ramp schedule.

In the event of a supply chain disruption, we communicate proactively with affected customers, share the revised schedule as soon as it is confirmed, and work with you to prioritize the most critical line items. Where possible we propose mitigations such as partial shipments, substitution to an equivalent variant, or temporary reallocation from buffer stock.

Yes. High-volume customers can reserve production capacity through a forecast-backed commitment or a formal supply agreement. Capacity reservation gives you priority access to specific production windows and helps us plan upstream procurement against your demand.

Lead times are broadly comparable across our product portfolio, since many manufacturing and calibration steps are shared. However, specific product requirements, customization requests, and test activities can shift the typical 12 to 16 week window. Your account manager can confirm the exact lead time for the product you are quoting.

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation with the committed ship date.
