Our products are designed to meet the applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to optical communication components (such as laser assemblies) used in telecom and datacom networks. This includes compliance to laser safety IEC 60825-1 for Class 1 laser applications, qualification to applicable Telcordia reliability requirements (such as GR-648-CORE), and regulatory and environmental compliance such as RoHS and REACH. Yes. Our products are developed to meet the applicable regulatory and product compliance requirements in the markets they serve, including relevant safety and environmental regulations. Detailed product-specific compliance and qualification information for European, American, and other applicable markets is available upon request.
You can request a compliance overview through your account manager or via our contact form. Standard packs include RoHS and REACH statements, laser safety classification, conflict minerals reporting, and any product-specific qualification summary. We can also respond to bespoke supplier questionnaires.
Yes. RoHS and REACH declarations are available for all current production parts. We update these documents on the published cadence of the underlying regulations and supply revised versions to customers under an active supply agreement whenever the source data changes.
