EFFECT Photonics, a leading developer of high-performance dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) optical components based on its optical System-on-Chip technology, invites you on Tuesday, Feb 23, 2021 at 16:00 CET to a virtual company tour at EPIC: https://www.epic-assoc.com/epic-virtual-company-tour-at-epic/ EPIC is offering a unique opportunity to visit selected member companies by attending a guided virtual tour at the EPIC (Electronics & Photonics Innovation Centre). You will be guided through the facility and sneak peek at the technologies of Bay Photonics, Palomar Technologies, EFFECT Photonics and Queensgate.
The tour is organized together with EPIC (European Photonics Industry Consortium). During the virtual tour you visit the EFFECT Photonics facilities at EPIC center, UK. You will be guided through the facility and given an expert presentation to EFFECT Photonics operations and involvement with the EPIC center by Dr. Paul Rosser (EFFECT Photonics’ Chief Operating Office. Furthermore, Jonathan Gill (EFFECT Photonics’ Operations Director) will introduce our PIC technology and packaging development work. In addition to having already based its production facilities in Brixham, UK, EFFECT Photonics has broadened its local presence in UK since November 2020 by occupying two units at EPIC – the renowned innovation center in Paignton. The facility’s modern lab and offices will help in developing the company’s manufacturing and engineering activities. The move to EPIC has also generated new job opportunities, building on campaigns already in place to find tech talent for company locations in Eindhoven and Brixham.
